The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International promotes professional and personal growth of women educators and excellence in education.

October 25 Meeting: We had another excellent member turnout! Many, many thanks to Roseann Krane for putting together our 2004-2005 Zeta Zeta Chapter Directory. Thank you Lola Ganse for contacting our guest speaker, Greg Warner. Greg is the author of Cookbook for Money, a financial guide for women and How to Manage Your Retirement Cash Flow. He also leads financial seminars on managing and investing money.

REGIONAL CONFERENCE - it is not too early to begin planing:

  • Europe - August 3-6, Turku, Finland
  • Northeast - August 3-6, Cleveland, Ohio
  • Northwest - July 27-30, Milwaukee, Wisconsin
  • Southeast - July 20-21, Williamsburg, Virginia
  • Southwest - July 13-16, San Antonio, Texas

    INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS of $5,000 Now Available - If anyone in our chapter with a Masters degree currently enrolled in another graduate degree or certification program and has been a member of the Society for three years may be eligible for this scholarship. Applications are available on the website corleap@deltakappagamma.org or contact Headquarters at 888-762-4685, ext.209. Applications must reach International headquarters with a postmark no later than February 1, 2005.

    Those of us who attended the INFO Fair in October were struck by the many scholarships which are available to Delta Kappa Gamma members. Check with one of your Zeta, Zeta officers for more information.
